Wii Problem?
Yes i need help, i bought a Japan ver. Wii and it’s modded. now the problem is that i can’t change the language, it just pops up the screen with an Opera help blah blah blah, and one more problem
my wii can’t read some of my games which usually worked when i bought them now it can’t read the cd please help!!!

Since its a Japanese Wii, you’re out of luck. Japan is in a different "region" than the U.S., so products from the two regions are not interchangable. Thus, only a Wii from Region 1 will play games from Region 1.
Also, you will not be able to change the language, since it is a Japanese Wii. Same reason why you cant change the language on a U.S. Wii to Japanese.
Since the Wii has been modded, you cant get any help from Nintendo itself. In my opinion, you have two choices.
1. Buy Japanese games
2. Sell the Wii on ebay or something. Just make sure you state that its a Japanese Wii so you dont screw anyone over.

The language is bulit into whatever region you bought it from so you’re stuck with Japanese.
Chances are modding the Wii has made games impossible to read, so basically it’s been a big waste of money for you.
