Skate It
Skate It is on Wii. The best feature of this game is the unique control but unfortunately the performance is not as expected. The graphic is nice but if you are playing multiplayers mode, it can be a painful experience.
Just about a year ago, EA released Skate on PS3 and Xbox and this year Wii gets its fair share.
“The story in Skate It is your typical rags-to-riches sports story; it’s forgettable, but it gets the job done filling in the gaps between Skate and its sequel”
Overall, you will find a good excuse to spend more time playing on your wii if you can tolerate with the minor disappointments.
The goal of the game is to win the challenges, garner the most sponsors and of course in the end win the skater of the year.
If you are playing the career mode, you will find yourself busy for the next few hours but actually it is rather easy to advance to the next level making it rather mundane.
There isn’t much open space for you to explore though. Not all of your challenges take place in the remnants of San Vanelona; there are a number of European venues as well. There is even Shanghai and Barcelona included in the game to add more flavour to the game.
If you are very much interested in skateboarding, this is the game for despite that some of you might hate it for its disappointments.
