Play Yoga in Wii Fit
It is time to start living a healthy life and by practicing Yoga, you can improve your health dramatically. While you can sign up for any Yoga classes in your area, it is even better when you can learn Yoga moves at the comfort of your own home. You just need Wii Fit and Yoga is just a few steps away from you.
First of all, Wii Fit Yoga will teach you the moves for Tree, Cobra, and the always popular Downward-Facing Dog. These steps are to teach you to concentrate on breathing method. Follow the instructions and you will be able to complete it without any problem. Practice many times in case you forgot the techniques.
Then, you will move on to the next level of Yoga. However, since you only have access to four Yoga moves in the beginning, you will have to unlock more Yoga moves by accumulating more minutes in the Fit Bank.
Then you will be able to unlock these additional moves:
- Sun Salutation: 15 minutes
- Standing Knee: 45 minutes
- Palm Tree: 1 hour, 20 minutes
- Chair: 2 hours, 15 minutes
- Triangle: 2 hours, 50 minutes
- Downward-Facing Dog: 3 hours, 10 minutes
- Dance: 3 hours, 20 minutes
- Cobra: 3 hours, 30 minutes
- Bridge: 3 hours, 40 minutes
- Spinal Twist: 4 hours
- Shoulder Stand: 4 hours, 10 minutes
You can expect to listen to encouragement and words of advice when you do the moves. This is really good because that is exactly what you need, encouragement.

Nice article good work. My mom loves Yoga on wii fit.
I didn’t even know what Yoga was until I got the Wii Fit. Now that I know I spend most of my workout on Yoga. It’s worth taking the time to do it. I’ve had mine for 8 months and I still love mine: This is a video I just posted yesterday about my own Wii Fit obsession. Thought you might like.
