Well, I tried it, but I find it is rather unappealing for someone like who loves Mario Kart.
EA’s intention to make it more light and fun doesnt really anything new to the table, and the overall design is pretty average.

Hey there! I found your site from Blog Catalog… I’m a gamer too. :)

I currently don’t have that on the wii, but I have it on the DS instead.

Here is a short review of the DS version:

    Pros:
-nice “advertising” gameplay, meaning you need to use your car, go through those rings to get your self advertised around town.
-large variety of international cars, trucks, and vheicles from the late 19′s!
    -lots of costomizing
-larger collection of songs than previous “Need For Speed” titles on the DS.
    -Friendly interface
-Challenging, and lots of campaign levels!

    Cons:
-unrealistic driving, such as 360 flips or “2 sided wheels” police runaway part
-hard to customize your car when the camera keeps spinning slowly!
-many vehicles are “fat” and “short”; the actual scale (width, length) of the car is not the same as real ones.
    -a bit cartoonish…
-suckier graphics than previous “Need For Speed” titles.

Well, that’s my short review! Hope you enjoyed it! I wonder what the Wii version looks like…
