How To Play Backed Up Wii Games
When The Nintendo Wii was Released, there was a debate whether the Nintendo Wii can be hacked to play backed up games or not. It did not take long until this problem was solved by implementing modchip technology.
Nintendo Wii is nowadays the most popular console game around the world. Therefore, it is no surprise that the need for knowing how to backup and play backuped games is a hot topic.
The steps are simple. Basically, you need two things to back up Wii games.
1. You need to have mod chip installed. Our best recommendation would be DC2 Pro V2.0, Wasabi or Aragon. Either have it installed at your local modship dealer or buy a modchip and try soldering yourself. The modchip installation is usually so cheap, it’s not worth doing yourself.
2. You will need a tool to back up your games. A good tool for this is Rawdump, which is able to back up your favourite Wii games without much trouble.
