Tennis is a very popular game for Wii Fit. Like the real tennis, Wii Fit tennis requires you to play by swinging left or right. However, as long as you play long games and at the same time play near to the net, you will be able to lose weight just like boxing game.

This is because when you play long games, you play for a longer time. When you play near to the net, you will have to hit the ball faster. By combining these two steps you will be able to increase your metabolism and lose weight faster.

If you play for 25 minutes, you will be able to lose up to 110 calories. It is enough if you play 25 minutes a day to help lose weight in long term. However, if you want to play twice a day with each session for as long as 25 minutes, you can do so. Remember not to overplay the game because you need time to rest as well. 

You can have three or four Miis if you know how to play tennis but for those who are beginners, it is best to start with three Miis. Two on the opponent side and one on your side. As you advance in the game, you can add in another Mii as your partner. Of course, this is recommendable for those who are professionals in tennis.
