G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra
You know what they said about film tie-in games. Bad. Worst. Must Avoid.
Well, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra is another poor film tie-in game that most of us will avoid, especially experienced gamers.
In fact, most film tie-in games either have bad taste or real bad action plan. While the game developers try to make the games as good as the movies, but often they failed.
For those who love the movie, might love the game.
So, it isn’t all bad, as there is a bit of awesomeness in it — but nothing too good to boast about.
First of all, I must say that the music is rather impressive.
From there, everything else fall apart like poor voice over, poor camera angle, and definitely unimpressive action.
The game will make you think more like “why am I playing this game when I can play something else?”.
It is either you like it, or hate it.
Judge for yourself.
*To get an idea of the story line, watch the movie first.
