So, you got a Nintendo Wii and the next thing, you found out that there are so many channels on the Wii set. Do you know what channels are available and their functions? Let us take one channel as example. Check Mii Out is one of the channels available and this is the channel that allows you to create your Mii, show them to the world, view other people’s Mii and the most interesting is to join a contest, where you must create Mii based on themes.

Other than Check Mii Out, there are:

4. Forecast channel
5. Wii Shop channel
6. Virtual Console
7. Wii Message Board 
8. Internet channel

10. Disc channel
11. Mii channel

How do you download Check Mii Out channel?

First of all, make sure that your Wii is connected to the internet.

Then, make sure you have the latest update for your Wii console.

After that, select the Wii Shop Channel from the Wii Menu. Please read and agree to the User Agreement.

When the welcome screen has loaded, click on ‘start shopping’.

Select the ‘Wii Channels’ from the Wii Shop main menu, and then ‘Check Mii Out Channel’.

Then, click the Free button, OK button and then Yes button to begin the download.

That would be it. It is easy as ABC.
